Pharco
Pharmaceuticals, the basic member of the Pharco corporation,
is a private Egyptian share holding pharmaceutical company
since 1987 producing and marketing about 750 branded
and generic products. These products cover almost all
of the pharmacological drug groups and all the conventional
pharmaceutical dosage forms. Pharco Pharmaceuticals
is one of the most sophisticated and advanced pharmaceutical
plants in Egypt and in the Middle East, which complies
with up to date production technology and cGMP. The
plant of injectable antibiotics at Pharco is especially
a unique model. Some of Pharco’s best selling products
include Rani effervescent, Fawar Fruit, Ciprofar 500
MG tablets, Spasmo, Delcophen amp, Royal jelly 1000,
and Mirazid Pharco Pharmaceuticals employs over 1000
people, maintains facilities in 4 countries and exports
to Yemen, Romania, K.S.A, U.A.E, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya,
Sudan, Qatar, Afghanistan, Jordan, and Algeria from
its own warehouses. Future expansion plans focus on
increasing production and the number of products produced
through expansion in the facilities and plant. It is
the goal of Pharco Pharmaceuticals to also expand the
global export market. The company is headquartered in
Amriya, Alexandria, Egypt.
